ComputeSHCoefficientsOfDWIFromSymmetricTensor ============================================= .. code-block:: none USAGE: ComputeSHCoefficientsOfDWIFromSymmetricTensor [--returnparameterfile ] [--processinformationaddress ] [--xml] [--echo] [--nob] [--allsh] [--sh ] [--bvalues >] [--famd >] [--eigenvalues >] [--output ] [--] [--version] [-h] Where: --returnparameterfile Filename in which to write simple return parameters (int, float, int-vector, etc.) as opposed to bulk return parameters (image, geometry, transform, measurement, table). --processinformationaddress Address of a structure to store process information (progress, abort, etc.). (value: 0) --xml Produce xml description of command line arguments (value: 0) --echo Echo the command line arguments (value: 0) --nob If it is set, only print SH coefficients without b values. (value: 0) --allsh If it is set, output all coefficients including zeros for c_{l,m}, m!=0. If not set, output only c_{l,0} (value: 0) --sh SH order. (value: 8) --bvalues > B value. --famd > FA and Mean Diffusivity (MD) for symmetric tensor. --eigenvalues > Two eigenvalues for symmetric tensor. --output Output SH coefficients into the file. If not set, output to screen. --, --ignore_rest Ignores the rest of the labeled arguments following this flag. --version Displays version information and exits. -h, --help Displays usage information and exits. Description: Compute SH coefficients of DWI signal in DTI with symmetric tensor (along z-axis). Examples: ComputeSHCoefficientsOfDWIFromSymmetricTensor --sh 4 --bvalues 1000 --famd 0.9,0.7e-3 ComputeSHCoefficientsOfDWIFromSymmetricTensor --sh 4 --bvalues 1000 --famd 0.9,0.7e-3 --nob ComputeSHCoefficientsOfDWIFromSymmetricTensor --sh 4 --bvalues 1000 --eigenvalues 1.7e-3,0.3e-3 Author(s): Jian Cheng (jian.cheng.1983@gmail.com) Acknowledgements: Thank you everyone.
