PrintImage ========== .. code-block:: none USAGE: PrintImage [--returnparameterfile ] [--processinformationaddress ] [--xml] [--echo] [--debug] [--tensorformat <9D|6D_UPPER|6D_LOWER |6D_DIAGONAL_FIRST|6D_EMBED>] [-p <0|1|2>] [-a] [-g ] [--power ] [--box >] [-m ] [-b ] [--] [--version] [-h] Where: --returnparameterfile Filename in which to write simple return parameters (int, float, int-vector, etc.) as opposed to bulk return parameters (image, geometry, transform, measurement, table). --processinformationaddress Address of a structure to store process information (progress, abort, etc.). (value: 0) --xml Produce xml description of command line arguments (value: 0) --echo Echo the command line arguments (value: 0) --debug debug (value: 0) --tensorformat <9D|6D_UPPER|6D_LOWER|6D_DIAGONAL_FIRST|6D_EMBED> Print 9D tensor image from input 6D image. UPPER_TRIANGULAR: [xx, xy, xz, yy, yz, zz], fsl format; LOWER_TRIANGULAR: [xx, yx, yy, zx, zy, zz]; EMBED6D: [xx, yy, zz, sqrt(2)*xy, sqrt(2)*xz, sqrt(2)*yz], embed 3x3 matrix into 6x1 vector; (value: 6D_UPPER) -p <0|1|2>, --percentage <0|1|2> 0: do not show difference percentage; 1: show percentage of the diff when -b is given; 2: show only the summary of percentage. (value: 0) -a, --all If set, print all voxels. Otherwise, print only non-zero voxels (value: 0) -g , --grad Text file that contains the gradient orientations of the data. It is to generate spherical function samples when the input image is SH coefficients. --power Power argument. 1.0: original value on mesh, 2.0: pow 2, 0.5: sqrt. (value: 1) --box > only generate mesh from a given box (x0,x1,y0,y1,z0,z1). (value: -1,-1 ,-1,-1,-1,-1) -m , --mask Mask image file. -b , --baseline Input baseline image file (VectorImage or 4D image). If provided, show the differnece between two images. --, --ignore_rest Ignores the rest of the labeled arguments following this flag. --version Displays version information and exits. -h, --help Displays usage information and exits. (required) Input image file (VectorImage or 4D image). Description: print image (4D image, tensors, SH coefficients).
