SHCoefficientsPower =================== .. code-block:: none USAGE: SHCoefficientsPower [--returnparameterfile ] [--processinformationaddress ] [--xml] [--echo] [--debug] [-p] [--nt ] [--sh ] [--power ] [--] [--version] [-h] Where: --returnparameterfile Filename in which to write simple return parameters (int, float, int-vector, etc.) as opposed to bulk return parameters (image, geometry, transform, measurement, table). --processinformationaddress Address of a structure to store process information (progress, abort, etc.). (value: 0) --xml Produce xml description of command line arguments (value: 0) --echo Echo the command line arguments (value: 0) --debug debug (value: 0) -p, --progress show progress of processing (value: 0) --nt Number of threads. If it not positive, then the default number for multiple threads is used. (value: -1) --sh SH Rank for output SH coefficients. It is needed for refitting if the power is not 2 or 1. If not set, it is set as the rank of the input SH image. (value: -1) --power Power argument. If the power is 2, we have closed form. For other power number, we use a numerical fitting of the powered spherical function. (value: 1) --, --ignore_rest Ignores the rest of the labeled arguments following this flag. --version Displays version information and exits. -h, --help Displays usage information and exits. (required) Vector image that contains the SH coefficients. (required) Vector image that will contain the rotated SH coefficients. Description: Power of a spherical function represented by SH basis. Examples: SHCoefficientsPower odf.nii.gz odf_power.nii.gz --power 2.0 Reference: Jian Cheng, Rachid Deriche, Tianzi Jiang, Dinggang Shen, Pew-Thian Yap, 'Non-Negative Spherical Deconvolution (NNSD) for estimation of fiber Orientation Distribution Function in single-/multi-shell diffusion MRI', NeuroImage, vol. 101, pp. 750–764, 2014.
